What it means to be "Well"?



What does it mean to be "well?"  It is all a matter of perspective I assume, but in a general sense being "well" should mean the ability to freely move through life as healthy as possible; emotionally, physically and psychologically to realize your full human potential.  This in many ways is a monumental task to accomplish on a daily basis.  The choices you make and the resources you have obviously play a big role in your quality of life.  What you do and how you do it makes all the difference. 

Up 2 Speed Sports Wellness is a place where those ideals are supported.  We work hard to make "wellness" affordable.  We don't like to use the word "easy" because we believe anything worth achieving takes hard work.  We strongly believe in properly educating our clients about their health options and how simple changes in their nutrition paired with exercise and body maintenance can drastically change how they function everyday.  How you feel will largely determine how you function.  It's all about connecting dots and creating a program that fits you.

What we hope to accomplish with this blog is to show how you can incorporate simple incremental changes in your diet, activity level and body maintenance to improve how you feel and function.
